The morning assembly on 17th October 2025 was
conducted by the students of Class VI-A on the theme “Deepawali.” The assembly
was anchored by Arnav Singh. The school prayer was led by Pranjal Prajapati and
Yuvraj Singh, followed by the pledge, which was conducted by Kashika Singh.
The students
beautifully explained the significance of Deepawali and the importance of
celebrating this radiant festival through an engaging short skit. The skit was
presented by Sakshi Singh, Arnav Agarwal, Akshat P. Singh, Fatima Zainab,
Arpita Singh, Kashika Singh, Vishesh Shukla, Rishabh Kushwaha, Faris Ahmad, and
Aditya Raj Singh. The entire skit was narrated by Anvi Singh.
Through the use of
placards, the students depicted different values represented by light, such as
the lamp of knowledge, the lamp of love, the lamp of peace, and the lamp of
happiness—highlighting how Deepawali is not just a festival of lights, but also
of virtues.
The class teacher,
Pranati Sr. Singh, addressed the gathering, sharing that Deepawali is a reminder
that even a small diya can light up the deepest darkness. It symbolizes hope,
positivity, and the power of goodness.
Finally, the
Principal, Rev. Fr. Melwin Wilson D’Souza, appreciated the efforts of Class
VI-A and encouraged the students to keep spreading light and positivity in
their lives.
To enhance the visual impact and convey the true
spirit of Deepawali, four beautifully designed banners were presented by
Lakshya Shukla, Aashvi Srivastava, Pratistha Singh, and Aaradhya Singh.
