My dear Students, Parents and well wishers,
Greetings to all of you.
It is with a deep sense of joy and responsibility that I take charge as the Principal of St. Joseph's School, Sadwa, Naini, a school that has steadily grown since its establishment in 2016. I place on record my sincere appreciation and gratitude to my esteemed predecessors — Rev. Fr. Jacob Bona D’Souza, the founding Principal, whose vision laid the strong foundation of this institution, and Rev. Fr. Joseph Sagayanathan, who took the school to greater heights through his dedicated efforts in upgrading and expanding its scope.
As I step into this role, I am filled with hope and determination to make St. Joseph's School a Happy Place for Learning, where every child feels valued, nurtured, and inspired to grow - intellectually, emotionally, morally, and socially.
We are living in a rapidly changing world where Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies are transforming the landscape of education. To meet the demands of this evolving future, it is our mission to equip our students with not only academic excellence but also the creativity, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and ethical grounding necessary to thrive in the 21st century.
This ambitious vision can only be realized through the active partnership of all stakeholders — our dedicated teachers, caring parents, supportive management, and well-wishers of the school community. I humbly seek your continued cooperation, encouragement, and collaboration in making St. Joseph’s School, Naini, a premier educational institution in Prayagraj.
Let us work hand in hand to shape responsible citizens and compassionate human beings who will be a blessing to society and a pride to our nation.
With warm regards,
Fr. Melwin Wilson D’Souza
Principal
