The most auspicious and awaited
occasion of St. Joseph’s School, Naini, the Investiture Ceremony, was held on
Tuesday, 29th July 2025, with full zeal, zest, and enthusiasm in the sanctified
premises of the school.
The ceremony was graced by the
newly appointed school manager, Rev. Fr. Eugene Mascarenhas, as the chief
guest, along with a gratifying and dynamic welcome by our zealous principal,
Rev. Fr. Melwin Wilson D’Souza.
The ceremony holds the
significance of the trust and confidence that the school places in the newly
elected school cabinet members. Aarush Keshari (Head Boy) and Shatakshi Singh
(Head Girl), along with senior and junior House Captains, Vice-Captains, and
various other student leaders, were conferred with badges, sashes, and flags.
The esteemed Chief Guest, while addressing the assembly, congratulated everyone
present and guided the new council to be role models and to fulfill their
responsibilities sincerely, as they are the bona fide builders of tomorrow.
Principal of SJS Naini, Rev. Fr.
Melwin Wilson D’Souza, addressed the gathering and emphasized that
self-motivation is of greater importance, alongside sincere dedication.
Another proud moment was the
felicitation of NCC cadets for their devotion to duty and excellence in their
assigned responsibilities.
Last but not least, in the
sequence of events, was the surprise visit of our beloved Bishop, Rt. Rev.
Louis Mascarenhas, Bishop of the Diocese of Allahabad. His presence gave us an
adrenaline rush, motivating us to push ourselves to the next level of
excellence.
